The Zell am See-Kaprun card is not offered; however, a guest card with some discounts and free public transport is available. Is there a shuttle service to the nearby ski slopes, and where can I rent ski equipment?

A shuttle service is not available, but a ski bus stop is located just beside the hotel. Ski rental services can be found nearby at Bründl Sports. Can twin beds be arranged instead of a king-size bed in the rooms?
